Posted June 15, 2009 - I will be performing in the upcoming songwriters showcase at GMA week in Calgary - Oct 21 - 24th. If you're in the neighborhood, come on by an hear my music! Also, just this past year, I sang & toured with the prestigious chamber vocal ensemble, musica intima. Our new CD, "Into light", will be released shortly - be on the look-out! There's some great music to be heard!

I have been busy lately getting ready for the 29th annual Covenant
awards, as my album, "Overcome" has recently received three
nominations! Held in Calgary Oct 25th-27th/2007, the conference/awards
ceremony is a three day deal, hosted by GMA Canada. Awards I have
been nominated for are as follows:
*Best Jazz/Blues album of the year *Best Jazz/Blues song of the year - "Loud & clear" *Best Urban/R&B/Soul song of the year -"Grip his hand" |

I
have
also been performing for various benefit concerts/celebrations lately.
Events include head-lining for Center City Foundations 100th
anniversary out-door festival in Vancouver, benefit concert in
support of YWAM ministries, and a special benefit for the David Foster
foundation in November '07. This May '08, I will be ministering to BC
Teen challenge students out in Abbotsford (for those overcoming the
pain of addiction). Posted April '08: I will be back in the studio real soon recording a demo of new works including my popular hit, "Crimson robe", as well as "The man with the raven black hair", and "Give me a reason". Stay tuned for the demo release! |
